Description

This coffee is grown by farmers who are part of the Siane Organic Agricultural Cooperative (SOAC), based in the Chuave district of Chimbu Province, Papua New Guinea. The SOAC functions as a support for farmers when they enter the international coffee market, helping them receive fair pay in direct trade relationships. The cooperative also assists with important projects like coffee quality improvement and the establishment of community farming programs centering on gender equality and education.

Our Papua New Guinea coffee comes from a vibrant, unique place, so naturally, we wanted to roast it to match. Notes of caramelized pumpkin and baker’s chocolate leave a pleasant finish after each sip, and the active drinking experience is heightened by its creamy body and low brightness.
