Can I rent your meeting space?
Fiddleheads has community conference rooms at our Cedarburg, Menomonee Falls, and Mequon locations. These rooms are available for up to two hours for free for all Fiddleheads customers. How do I make a donation request?
Donation requests are not accepted by phone and must be submitted using the form here. Please review our donation policy, located above the form, before submitting your request.
When will my order ship?
Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days. All Fiddleheads coffee is roasted fresh to order and may take up to 48 hours to prepare.
Where can I find tracking information for my order?
Tracking information will be sent to the email provided at check out. If you do not receive tracking information within two business day of submitting your order, please contact us using the form below.
What is your refund policy?
We want you to be totally satisfied with your order and will do our best to correct any errors. If you would like to proceed with requesting a refund, please review our refund policy for more details.
Do you offer organic coffees?
While we do source a variety of both conventional and organic coffees, our facilities are not certified organic.
Do you offer flavored coffees?
We diligently source our coffees from all over the world and take great pride in what we offer. Because of our passion for preserving the unique characteristics of each coffee, we do not add any artificial flavors.
Do you offer a wholesale program?
Yes! We serve a number of coffeeshops, churches, office buildings, and restaurants. If you'd like to learn more about our wholesale program, click here.
