How does the reward system work?
Earning rewards is simple! Check in with your phone number at the register or on the app and receive 1 point for every $1 spent with us. The more you visit, the more you earn!

How do I sign up?
All Fiddleheads customers are eligible to sign up for a rewards account at any Fiddleheads cafe or online at the form above.

What products/purchases are eligible for rewards?
All food and beverages, including retail merchandise purchased at Fiddleheads cafes, are eligible for rewards. Purchases made at fiddleheadscoffee.com are not eligible for the rewards program.

How long are my rewards good for?
There is no limit or expiration date on rewards points. Collect as many points as you’d like, and redeem multiple rewards at once!

Can I use rewards without providing my email or phone number?
An email and phone number is required for all rewards accounts. Please refer to our privacy policy for information on your data usage.

If I sign up online, how quickly can I start using rewards?
Please allow for 24 hours (or 1 business day) for all rewards program accounts created at fiddleheadscoffee.com to be activated. Any accounts created after 4 pm on a Friday through 8 am on a Monday will not be activated until the end of the business day on Monday.
