Growing up in rural Wisconsin, the Anne learned to embrace the land, finding inspiration in its trees, fields, and prairies. She earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, influenced by renowned ceramic Professor Donald Reitz and drawing precision of Professor Richard Lee Long. Living and working across the country has enriched her artistic journey. Initially pursuing a Graphic Design career in New York City, Anne eventually returned to painting modern landscapes. Her work focuses on capturing the landscapes she explores through hiking and trail riding, imbuing them with personal significance and vibrant expression appreciated by collectors.

Anne skillfully encapsulates the inviting ambiance of our café nestled in the heart of Grafton's lively community.
