Returns Policy

At Fiddleheads Coffee, our goal is to provide our guests with great service and delicious beverages and food. We want you to be happy so here is our return policy:

Whole Bean & Ground Coffee - Coffee is perishable and roasted to order, so we're unable to accept returns on coffee. However, if you have feedback about an error with your order, please email us at support@fiddleheadscoffee.comwithin 14 days of purchase.

Food & Beverage - If you are dissatisfied with your order in any way, please don’t hesitate to provide our baristas with feedback. We want to make it right!

Retail Merchandise – All retail merchandise can be exchanged or returned with original receipt of purchase within 14 days. An in-store credit will be issued for the total amount of return, which will be added to a gift card.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days. All Fiddleheads coffee is roasted fresh to order and may take up to 48 hours to prepare.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
